Fruit and vegetable Smoothie


  • This delicious healthy smoothie recipes make it easy to eat healthy with fruit, and vegetables  immune-boosting yogurt, and other nutritious ingredients—and they’re great for those that don’t have time to eat.

1 cup water

 1 cup of pineapple
 1/2 cup of grape
 1 pear
 1 banana ( I only used 1/2 thats all I had)
 1 kiwi
 1 large carrot


Add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. I don’t like mine thick, I use it as a juice. Add extra cup of water if you want it as a juice. You may also like to add  1/2 cup of yogurt it’s a good source of bacteria. ”Good bacteria in the digestive tract, are made using active. Yogurt is also a great source of calcium and vitamin D.
