Eat That Frog by Brian Tracy, is a book about how to stop procrastinating. It’s filled with useful tips, and insight to help you avoid the pitfuls of procrastinations.  I’m a born procrastinator, I also tend to fall back into old patterns therefore this is why this is my third time reading  this book.

The reason why I will continue to go through this book is because its simple and straight to the point.  I find that there was not a lot of things that I didn’t  already know in the book.  Regardless,  I found the book useful , it’s important to constantly reinforce the ideas that are written in the book.  Also using Oprah’s words each time I read the book I get a ah ha moment, its one of those moments of deep clarity, the first time I read it I decided to do the list of items that I really needed to do the next day. After that I realized I may be working off the list but,  I was doing the non essential task. I also was not valuing my time. By continuously reading  and scanning each time you get an eye opener, things your doing correctly or things where you need to improve.  Most times its something you already know but,  have failed to implement.  Now I’m at the point where I feel I really have this cracked, forget the frog I’m eating my toad first thing each morning . Most of these self-help books will work if,  you only  follow the steps.
