Cashew Chicken (Another great recipe that I found on Pinterest)

This is the Cabbage and Rice in the Pot This is another recipe I found on Pinterest. I loved it. So did my family. I must say I’m pleasantly surprised at how well these recipes are turning out. The only changes I made where omitting the green onions. That was only because I didn’t have any. I decided to serve it on a bed of rice. Rice I cooked as usual. Also I decided to use what veggies I had. I just wanted to use one pot.  I added carrots and cabbage to the rice while it was cooking so I didn’t have to make veggies later. On top of the cabbage I added a couple of dabs of butter salt and pepper.…

Crispy Cheddar Chicken Found On Pinterest

Crispy Cheddar Chicken   This is one of the receipts that I pinned on Pinterest and decided to try out. This receipt was a huge success. I will defiantly do it again. You really don`t  need the sauce I won`t even bother with it next time. I rubbed the chicken with a chicken seasoning prior to dipping it in milk but I don`t think it was even necessary. I defiantly didn`t use 3 cups of cheese I only used about 2 cups. Pour the milk, cheese and the cracker crumbs into 3 separate small pans Add salt and pepper into the cracker crumb pan.  Press the cheese into the chicken with your fingers. Press the cheesy coated chicken into the cracker…

Soft Shelled Eggs

1 egg 1 cup vinegar clear jar or glass   Pour 1 cup of vinegar into jar Add the egg Leave the egg in the vinegar for 7 days In a days there will be bubbles around the shell. After that the vinegar will start to eat away at the shell. Notice that some of the vinegar has permeated through the egg’s membrane and caused the egg to get a little bigger. By day 7  pour off the vinegar and very carefully rinse the egg with water. The egg looks translucent because the outside shell is gone.
